Family questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on the coverage and the complexity of care. After the assessment at home, you receive the price in writing, with no extra fees.

Are supplies included?

Hygiene supplies and basic dressings can be part of the plan. This is spelled out in writing before we start.

What if the person gets worse at night?

The professional alerts the nurse in charge and the family right away, and follows the emergency plan agreed in advance.

Do you provide receipts for reimbursement?

Yes. We issue receipts and documentation so you can request reimbursement from your health plan, when covered.

Is it always the same professional?

Yes. We work with a permanent team to build trust and ease the anxiety of the person receiving care.
